Germs: Outside shoes on the same floor or mats you are doing crunches, sit-up, Push-Ups. That’s how you get Ring worm, Scabies & Staph infections.
Foul Language: How can they teach your child about RESPECT if they allow this to go on in front of kids? Obviously they don’t respect others.
Loitering: People are hanging out. Don’t get me wrong I think the gym is a great, safe place for kids & teens to be as long as they aren’t interfering with other peoples work outs. If they are in a designated area hanging out great.
Community Gloves: for Hygiene purposes you should buy your child his/her own gloves. Ask to the coach for help.
No Birthday Parties: What kid does not want to be ROCKY or a Ninja for their birthday. Some gyms claim to be too serious for that.
No Dress Code: Coaches &/or assistants are walking around with their pants down, need I say more?
Attitude: Grown men acting like they are teens all the while preaching RESPECT. They need to Lead by Example, from the way they dress to the way they speak.
Fighters Gym: Having kids compete for your gym is great, as long as they aren’t being pushed in to it before they are ready. It should be a fun, learning environment. This is Not Sparta!
No FREE Trial: A free trial lets you see how they interact with the children they are coaching. If it’s not the right environment for your child, Why should you pay?
Parents you are entrusting these coaches with the most valuable people in your life, Your Children. Make sure they are up to the task.
Respect means to acknowledge someone with value
